Trey Dillard Pitching Apply

One on one remote pitching coaching

Remote Baseball Training.

I pitched in the Phillies and Giants organizations, and I came back from two Tommy Johns. I keep it to 25 guys at a time, so I know every one. The plan is built for you, and it starts in the offseason: now.

A five minute application. $500 a month. Everything is on this page.

The plan

Every day you open your plan.

It tells you what to do, in order. High days high, low days low, so the easy days are actually easy. Throwing is king: most of your time goes there.

You send me video, I send back what to fix and what to adjust. Nutrition guidance, progress checks, and a direct line to me. In season or offseason, built around your schedule.

It's not the program. It's the coaching. It's the feedback.

  1. Recovery
  2. Throwing
  3. Arm care
  4. Mobility
  5. Lift
  6. Conditioning

Where I have been

The whole road, surgeries included.

The biggest difference between my first and second Tommy John surgeries was that I had a plan the second time. The first time I didn't have one, and I never felt healthy afterward. The second time I had a plan before I went in.

What my guys say.

Calling Trey a pitching coach is too constrained. Working with Trey is having a relentless, smart, experienced professional with a holistic approach in your corner dedicated to getting you where you want to be.

The price

$500
a month

Three months upfront: $1,350. Six months upfront: $2,400.

The progress guarantee on the three and six month plans: we set your starting point and measurable goals at the start, and if you do the work, send your videos and communicate, and do not improve on those goals, I keep coaching you at no additional cost until you do.

For the person paying

To the parent paying.

I hear it more than anything: we would rather he train in person. I get it, in person has real value. But in person gets him a session. This gets him a plan every single day: throwing, lifting, mobility, arm care, nutrition.

He sends me video, I tell him what to change, and he can message me directly. I keep it to 25 guys, so I know him. The Dodgers drafted me in 2018, I pitched in the Phillies and Giants organizations, and I have had two Tommy Johns.

You hear all of it from me before you pay a dollar: the person paying is on the first call.

What guys ask me

What guys ask me.

I need time to think.

Take it, 100 percent. I am not going to push you. Just know what the time is: it is the offseason, the stretch before the season starts pulling on your arm, and every week you wait is a week of a plan you do not get. If nothing changes, nothing changes.

I already have a coach.

Good, honestly. I never talk bad about anybody, that is not my character. I will just say it can be tough when a guy has 100 athletes. I keep mine to 25 so I know every guy personally. I do not care if you work with me or not. I care that you get better.

My team controls my lifting and throwing.

I can work with that, 100 percent. You tell me when you lift and when your pens are, and I build around it. We start with what you do control, and any free day you have got, we use it to throw. Throwing comes first no matter what.

What exactly do I get.

A little bit of everything, and it depends on the guy, because I am not going to hand you the same sheet I hand the next guy. Personalized throwing, strength and conditioning, mobility, arm care and recovery, nutrition guidance, video review, progress checks, and direct communication with me.

How does billing work.

Monthly is $500 and renews each month until you cancel before the next billing date. The three month plan is $1,350 upfront and the six month plan is $2,400 upfront, and both cover the full period. The progress guarantee on the three and six month plans: we set your starting point and measurable goals at the start, and if you do the work, send your videos and communicate, and do not improve on those goals, I keep coaching you at no additional cost until you do.

Do you do mental performance coaching.

Yes, and it is a separate program, paid by the call. See the mental performance page.
